The Fall air is finally here!!  We had many fun visitors during the month of October!  Our month started with Community Helpers!!  Mr. Dan brought his fire trucks for us to see and learn all about!  We got to try on Firemen gear, too!!  And of course, pictures were taken as we pretended to be THE DRIVER!  So much fun!  Smokey the Bear was a part of the day- and we loved getting to see him, too.  The next day, Alabama Power showed up to show us their BUCKET truck!  We were in awe of just how tall that bucket will reach!!

     Next up was Miss Manners flying in from England!  She stopped by Windham Hall to have some yummy snacks with us and to check to see if we were on top of our manners!  And sure enough- we passed with flying colors!

     Fall Break came at the perfect time with some R & R with our families and to get rested up for the upcoming holidays!  And yes, you guessed it!!  Halloween is first!  We had our annual parade around the block followed by Leika's Halloween Songs- Five Little Pumpkins and His Eyes are Burning Bright- our two favorite!! 

 

     Our October Moms had some fabulous parties all set up for us!  We enjoyed pizza, pigs in a blanket, cupcakes and cookies!  Making memories to last a lifetime!!

     Now it's time to be Thankful for all the Lord has done for us!!  We can't wait to see you back at school for our Thanksgiving Program!  Coming Soon!!
